Loftware Label Assist 1.0

 

 

 

Release Notes

 

Prerequisites

 

  1. Windows 2000 or above
  2. Minimum 512 MB RAM
  3. 1.5 Ghz or above
  4. Loftware server  (LPS Server )
  5. The following software must be installed before start the installation
    1. IIS 5.0 or above
    2. SQL server 2003 with SP3
    3. .Net Framework 1.1

 

Setup

 

  1. Run the setup.exe file to start the installation
  2. Leave the default value and click next
  3. Go to the directory c:\Program Files\Loftware Reference\DBInstall
  4. Edit the”install.bat” file and replace “BLANK” with actual SQL server “sa” user password or specify the valid user and password to create the “Label” database.

This must be executed before start the application.

  1. Type http://localhost/labelassist  which will bring the user login screen.
  2. By default the installation program will create user name ‘admin’ and password ‘admin’
  3. Use the same user name to login to Loftware label assistant program for administration purpose.
